Park Bo Prefecture Years project is the first project of “Changxindian Eco-city” invested and developed by Vanion Group. At the core of green development zone on the bank of Yongding River in Fengtai District, Beijing and adjacent to Garden Show Park, it realizes 19 ecological indicators with four ecosystems: renewable energy system, microclimate system, carbon sequestration system and inner space ecosystem through 21 ecological measures, such as solar hot water, ground source heat pump, surrounding environment breeze channel, indoor radiation air-conditioning, building external thermal insulation and energy saving, displacement ventilation and air heat recovery. The community realizes and surpasses green building three-star standard, reaches the highest standard for energy-saving indicator (82%), takes the lead to use solar technology in high-rise buildings and becomes the first healthy residential community in China.
